I will know new freedom and new happiness

I will not regret the past nor deny its existence in my life

I will come to know sensitivity

I will come to know peace

I will seek to help others no matter how badly I have failed myself

I will discard feelings of uselessness and self-pity

I will shift my interests from serving myself to serving others like me

I will discard self-seeking as a way of life

I will allow my whole attitude and outlook to change

I will no longer fear what people think nor will I fear economic insecurity anymore

I will handle formerly baffling situations intuitively and well
