I guess my website design is lacking a little organization of sorts. I have had some folks tell me that they get lost here, and I know that when I get lost at a website, or it is just too difficult to navigate, I am history babee. Now, I want you to be here and I do not want to lose you just because my website to too frustrating to get around in. It would just be so much of a major undertaking to redo the whole thing right now. I just can't do it. So here's the deal: The majority of everything on my website is under the header "Trish-Marie's Website Contents" which is on the page you just came from. You can get to everything from there. And at the bottom of every single page at my website is a banner that reads, "Trish-Marie's Index Page" just like the one at the bottom of this page. That banner will take you right back to "Trish-Marie's Website Contents" menu. So if in doubt about anything at all, just hit the "back button" on your browser or click on the banner at the bottom of any page in my website. About my website's rather stark "black and white" appearance. Years ago when I "designed" my first website, it was all pink and hearts and cutesy and fun. I really had a good time with it, however, I took a lot of shit for it being all pink and hearts and cutesy and fun. "Oh Trish, we are just oh so girly, aren't we?" they would sarcastically say to me. After a time I got to thinking that maybe they were right and Trish was being just too pink and hearts and cutesy and fun and decided that if everybody wanted straight to the point shit and not pink and hearts and cutesy and fun, that is what they were going to get:
Little did I know that I would take almost the same amount of shit for that, just different shit. I have learned a bit about "pleasing everybody" and realize that it is just impossible to do. Over the years my site has taken on some color, but it pretty much remains black and white and it will for a long time to come because as I said, it would just be so much of a major undertaking to redo the whole thing right now. As much as I would at times like to have a fun kind of uplifting looking website... well.... Oh, and about my "entrance" page. It changes a lot and sometimes it has nothing to do with the rest of my website. It's just kind of a place for me to play around for the most part. I imagine that I lose quite a few visitors when they see something like "Trish-Marie's Bloodbath Horror High School" and a picture of blood dripping from a butcher knife or something. They are probably all like, "WHOA! This ain't the place! Next!" Anyway, just a way for me to have some fun, and at times, perhaps yes, to make a statement.
If you have any specific problems with my website please let me know because I appreciate your visits and I want you to be here whether you are a pink and hearts and cutesy and fun person, a black and white and straight to the point person, a Horror High Bloodbath person, or some kind of shit that I cannot even think of person.
